ORDINANCE NO. 2013- 101 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR CERTAIN <br /> DEPARTMENTAL AND CIVIL CITY SERVICE OPERATIONS IN THE FISCAL YEAR <br /> ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2013 OF <br /> $25,000 FOR RADIO COMMUNICATIONS FUND (#30), $5,500 FOR DECATUR <br /> MUNICIPAL BAND FUND (#36), $600,000 FOR EMPLOYEE BENEF T FUND (#65), <br /> AND $75,000 FOR POLICE PENSION FUND (#91) <br /> WHEREAS, on July 1, 2013, City Council passed the Annual Appropriation Ordinance 2013-56 <br /> for the purpose of defraying the expenses of several departments and funds of the Ci y of Decatur for the <br /> fiscal year beginning May 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2013. <br /> WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational expenditures <br /> necessary for the City to effect provision of services to its citizens which were not anticipated at the time <br /> the City Council adopted Ordinance 2013-56. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in fiscal year ending December 31, <br /> 2013 and set apart within the following designated funds for expenditures as follows: <br /> Fund Amount <br /> Radio Communications(#30) 25,000 <br /> Municipal Band (#36) 5,500 <br /> Employee Benefit(#65) 600,000 <br /> Police Pension (#91) 75,000 <br /> Total 705,500 <br /> SECTION 2.
