RESOLUTION NO.R2 013-9 0 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR HICKORY POINT TOWNSHIP <br /> PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE REIMBURSEMENT <br /> CP 2013-26 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the funding not to exceed $45,000 of Capital <br /> Improvements Plan funds to be paid to Hickory Point Township as reimbursement for chip <br /> seal surface treatments to be installed on various City streets. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
