RESOLUTION NO. R2013- 70 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF <br /> JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION GRANT APPLICATION AND <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> - BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the grant application presented to the Council herewith for the 20B <br /> Justice Administration Grant (JAG) through the Bureau of Justice Assistance for a grant <br /> application regarding enforcement resources for foot patrol, gang suppression units and <br /> additional bike patrols be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the City Council between <br /> the City of Decatur and the County of Macon regarding disbursement of JAG grant funds be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said grant agreement on behalf of the City and, furthermore, said officers are <br /> authorized to sign, seal, and attest said Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of <br /> Decatur and County of Macon. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 1St day � July, 20 r� <br /> MI HAEL T.
