ORDINANCE NO. 2011-92 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 60 -TAXICABS AND TAXI DRIVERS- <br /> - CHAPTER 61 —LIVERY VEHICLES - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 31. C of Chapter 60 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so that as so modified and amended <br /> said Section 31. C shall provide as follows: <br /> 31. PENALTY <br /> C. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter for which no fine is provided in the foregoing <br /> subsections A and B, shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and <br /> each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered as a <br /> separate offense. <br /> Section 2. That Section 22. C of Chapter 61 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so that as so modified and amended <br /> said Section 22. C shall provide as follows: <br /> 22. PENALTY <br /> C.
