RESOLUTION NO. R2011-199 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SYSTEMS AGREEMENT <br /> - TYLER TECHNOLOGIES - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Systems Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and Tyler Technologies for the purchase and implementation of their Incode <br /> Court Case Management Suite for use in the ACES (Administrative Code Enforcement System) <br /> administrative court be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
