R2011-180 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLAN APPROVAL OF <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO BOTH APPROACHES TO WEST MAIN STREET <br /> AND THE EAST APPROACH TO SUNSET AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY OF DECATUR has entered into an AGREEMENT with the STATE <br /> OF ILLINOIS, for the improvement of approximately 1.97 miles of FAP 716 (IL 48, Section (127R, <br /> RS-2) 130R-2, RS-1), City Section 11-00122-00-FP from Marietta Street to South Side Drive in <br /> Decatur by pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, <br /> detector loops, inlet adjustment, pavement marking, and any other work necessary to complete the <br /> section. <br /> The CITY OF DECATUR hereby gives written approval of that portion of the plans and <br /> specifications relative to the CITY'S financial and maintenance obligations. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 21"day a'Nove <br /> MI AEL T.
