RESOLUTION NO. R2011-94 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HOMER L. CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATES, LLP FOR THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF <br /> THE FRANKLIN STREET PORTION FOR THE DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE AND <br /> OPEN SPACE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-25 <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the City of Decatur to enter into an Agreement <br /> with Homer L. Chastain & Associates, LLP forrelimin design services for the Franklin <br /> P �'Y g <br /> Street portion of the Downtown Streetscape and Open Space Enhancement Program, City Project <br /> 2010-25, Section 10-00025-00-EG. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement relating to preliminary design services presented to the <br /> City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Homer L. Chastain & Associates, LLP <br /> for the Franklin Street portion of the Downtown Streetscape and Open Space Enhancement <br /> Program and other maintenance improvements to Franklin Street, for a fee not to exceed One <br /> Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy-Two and 00/100 ($166,372) be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 20'' day f June, 2011. <br /> Michael T.
