RESOLUTION NO. R2011-86 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> BARBECK COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Service Agreement between the City of Decatur and Barbeck <br /> Communications Group, Inc. for May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 to provide service and <br /> maintenance for Emergency Communications Center and Municipal Services Center <br /> communication equipment be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Communications Service Agreement between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and Barbeck Communications Group, Inc. for a total annual amount not to exceed <br /> $26,376.00, to be paid in monthly installments. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2;011. <br /> �r <br /> � MICHAEL T.
