RESOLUTION NO. R2011-83 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> PEDESTRIAN STREET LIGHT POLES AND LUMINAIRES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the payment to Sternberg Lighting for the purchase of pedestrian street <br /> light poles and luminaires be, and the same is hereby, approved and said payment be made in the <br /> amount not to exceed $106,786.75. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
