RESOLUTION NO. R2011-81 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> 2010 MISC. STORM & SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-09 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract between Barr & Robison Sewer & Excavating, Inc., <br /> and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize Change Order 2, <br /> extending the contract date to September 1, 2011 in order to construct the improvements <br /> authorized by the Agreement with IDOT. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such <br /> Change Order as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to <br /> said contract, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur <br /> and are authorized by law. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011. <br /> i <br /> Michael T.
