R2011-72 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> AND DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY <br /> FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES <br /> - MACON COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR ILLINOIS: <br /> INO S. <br /> Section 1. That the Agreements resented to the Council herewith between the Cit of Decatur <br /> g P Y <br /> and the Macon County Highway Department regarding temporary construction easement and dedication <br /> of right of way for public road purposes be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
