RESOLUTION NO. R2011-69 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT <br /> DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE PROJECT AND <br /> REHABILITATION OF MAIN & FRANKLIN STREETS <br /> FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO WOOD STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLNOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Project Labor Agreement presented to the City Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and the Decatur Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL- <br /> CIO; Mid-Central Illinois Regional Council of Carpenters; International Brotherhood of <br /> Teamsters and Chauffeurs Local #279, for the Downtown Streetscape Project and the <br /> Rehabilitation of Main & Franklin Streets from Cleveland Avenue to Wood Street be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to execute said Project Labor Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and <br /> the Decatur Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO; Mid-Central Illinois Regional <br /> Council of Carpenters; International Brotherhood of Teamsters and Chauffeurs Local #279, on <br /> behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16`" day of 1k1ay, 2011. <br /> / f <br /> 1 <br /> IC AEL T.
