RESOLUTION NO. R2011-68 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT <br /> WITH TELE SCAN, INC., FOR <br /> ANNUAL SEWER TELEVISING PROGRAM <br /> CITY PROJECT 2011-19 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing pipeline inspection services for the Annual <br /> Sewer Televising Program, City Project 2011-19, presented to the City Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Tele Scan, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Tele Scan, Inc., in <br /> an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2011. <br /> ichael T.
