RESOLUTION NO. R2011-65 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> AGRICULTURAL WATERSHED INSTITUTE— <br /> RESEARCH AND EDUCATION AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> Agricultural Watershed Institute and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
