RESOLUTION NO. R2011-41 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF U.S. EPA GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> - SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT WATER MAIN PROJECT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Grant Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding improvements to the water <br /> distribution system at the South Water Treatment Plant be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
