RESOLUTION NO. R2011-32 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY <br /> WATER AND SEWER MAIN CONSTRUCTION/UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Archer-Daniels-Midland Company regarding Construction and Maintenance of <br /> Water and Sewer Mains in a future utility easement dedicated to the City of Decatur be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
