That the agreement for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of the premises <br /> commonly known as 1848 West Riedel Avenue, be, and the same hereby is, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
