RESOLUTION NO. R2011-24 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT <br /> - ELECTRIC UTILITY SYSTEM - <br /> - AMEREN ILLINOIS COMPANY- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Franchise Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Ameren Illinois Company regarding the electric utility system serving City be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> sign, seal and attest said Franchise Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2011. <br /> r <br /> r <br /> CHAEL11.
