RESOLUTION NO. R2010-224 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR <br /> AGREEMENT WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR DECATUR CORRIDOR MONUMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the City of Decatur to enter into an Agreement <br /> with the State of Illinois for the Decatur Corridor Monument Installation Project Design, on <br /> State Section 10-00012-00-MS; and <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement, it is necessary for the <br /> City of Decatur to appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the cost of said design work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of One Hundred Fifty <br /> Thousand, and 00 cents ($150,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary, from any <br /> money now or hereinafter allotted to the City to pay the cost of the design work as described <br /> in the Agreement. <br /> Section 2.
