R2010-204 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT II' <br /> CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br /> BARR& ROBISON SEWER& EXCAVATING, INC. <br /> 2010 MISCELLANEOUS STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-09 <br />' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract Amendment, Change Order No. l, between Barr & Robison <br />� Sewer & Excavating, Inc. and the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, modified and <br /> amended to authorize Change Orders 1 in the amount of$100,000; and a not-to-exceed project <br /> cost of$697,105. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> dir�cted to execute said Change Order No. 1, on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described Contract are germane to said <br /> Contract, as signed, and such Change Order is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and are <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
