R2010-200 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND FILING <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Proposed Development Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Reynolds Development, LLC, regarding the <br /> development of the Central Business District, and legally described on said Agreement, be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
