R2010-199 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH REYNOLDS DEVELOPMENT, LLC <br /> -300 BLOCK NORTH WATER STREET- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement approved by Resolution <br /> R2006-157 and amended by Resolution R2008-116 and presented to the City Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Reynolds Development, LLC, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file, ratified and approved and the City is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> pay the sum of$2,329,651 by December 31, 2010 in full and complete settlement of the City's <br /> obligations to pay Reynolds Development, LLC pursuant to said amendment so long as Reynolds <br /> Development, LLC sells the property commonly known as 350 North Water Street to Archer <br /> Daniels Midland Company by said date. <br /> Section 2.
