R2010-159 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> CHANGE ORDERS NO. 2, NO. 3, & NO. 4 <br /> GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> LAKE DECATUR DAM REPAIRS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-02 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILI,INOIS: <br /> Section L That the Contract Amendment, Change Orders No. 2, No. 3, & No. 4, between <br /> Glabal Infrastructure and the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, modified and <br /> amended to authorize Change Orders No. 2, No. 3 & No. 4 in the amount of$280,233.22; and a <br /> not-to-exceed project cost of$3,128,137.77. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Orders No. 2,No. 3, &No. 4, on behalf of the City of Decatur. ' <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described Contract are germane to said <br /> Contract, as signed, and such Change Orders are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and <br /> are authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
