R2010-156 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS <br /> - CENTRAL ILLINOIS REGIONAL COMMISSION FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT <br /> - DECATUR POLICE DEPARTMENT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice presented to the City Council herewith for membership with <br /> the Central Illinois Illinois Regional Commission for Law Enforcement (CIRCLE) for the period <br /> July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
