RESOLUTION NO. R2010-99 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br /> 2010 MISCELLANEOUS STORM AND SANITARY SEWER <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-09 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2010-09, 2010 <br /> Miscellaneous Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project, and presented herewith <br /> be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of $597,105 be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Barr and Robison <br /> Sewer& Excavating, Inc., for said plan for their bid price of$597,105.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2010. <br /> � <br /> r <br /> M H L T.
