R2010-92 <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> - RESIDENTIAL RESTORATION INCENTIVE PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Residential Restoration Incentive Program established for the <br /> purpose of providing grant assistance for the rehabilitation of residential properties located <br /> within the Near West Neighborhood, and previously approved by Resolution R2009-202 be, and <br /> it is hereby, amended. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to enter into Agreements and release program funds in an amount not to exceed <br /> $200,000; and furthermore, that the City Manager or his designee and the City Clerk be, and they <br /> are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreements on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
