/ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R2010-91 <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> -DECATUR RESTORATION INCENTIVE PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Decatur Restoration Incentive Program established for the <br /> purpose of providing grant assistance for the rehabilitation of commercial and residential <br /> properties located within Downtown, West Main Street and West Town Square, and previously <br /> approved by Resolution R2009-201 be, and it is hereby, amended. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to enter into Agreements not to exceed $30,000 and to release total program funds in an <br /> amount not to exceed $200,000; and furthermore, that the City Manager or his designee and the <br /> City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreements on behalf <br /> of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
