RESOLUTION NO. R2010 -65 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF LETTER <br /> - ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I <br /> Section 1. That the letter presented to the Council herewith regarding the authorization <br /> of the Mayor to appoint Keith D. Alexander, Director of Water Management, as the owner and <br /> Donald P. Giger, Water Production Operations Supervisor as the operator of the parcel of land <br /> known as the Corley Landfill. The owner and operator will have the authorization to sign <br /> applications or other regulatory documentation for the Bureau of Land, Illinois EPA relative to <br /> premises known as the Corley Landfill be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
