RESOLUTION NO. R 2015-114 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND FILING <br /> PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> EVERGREEN HOSPITALITY, LLC <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Proposed Redevelopment Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Evergreen Hospitality, LLC, regarding the <br /> redevelopment of the Hampton Inn located at 4855 East Evergreen Court and legally described <br /> on said Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
