RESOLUTION NO. R2010-16 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANNUAL MAINTENANCE <br /> RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH CDW-G <br /> TREND MICRO NEATSUITE ADVANCED <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Bid of CDW-G for Trend Micro NeatSuite Advanced maintenance <br /> renewal and presented to the City Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said renewal agreement in a not to exceed amount of Six Thousand One Hundred <br /> 1�wenty Five Dollars and Forty Cents ($6,125.40), and any other documents necessary to <br /> effectuate said agreement, on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this lst day of February, 2010. i <br /> EL T.
