R2009-227 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> -3601 REDLICH DRIVE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Annexation Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Douglas R. and Kelly J. Nichols regarding the annexation of property legally described <br /> below and in said Annexation Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> The West 45 feet of the South 100 feet of the following described tract: <br /> The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Nine (29), <br /> Township Sixteen (16)North, Range Three (3) East of the 3�d P.M., EXCEPT the East 500 feet <br /> thereof, and EXCEPT the West 143 feet thereof; situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Said Parcel containing 4,500.00 square feet (0.1033 acres) more or less. <br /> Section 2.
