That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing janitorial cleaning of City <br /> offices located in Civic Center, City Project 0910-31 presented herewith be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Nord Cleaning Service, Inc. be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
