FOR THE <br /> GARFIELD AVENUE BRIDGE OVER CNIC RAILROAD, CITY PROJF.CT OS-03 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the engineering agreement between Blank, Wesselink, & Associates, <br /> Inc. and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize an addendum in the <br /> amount of$8,000 for a total amount not to exceed $23,000.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such documents as <br /> is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
