That the Proposed Annexation Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Douglas R. and Kelly J. Nichols regarding the annexation of <br /> territory located generally North of Lost Bridge Road, South of Fitzgerald Road and East of 34tn <br /> Street and legally described on said Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2.
