R2009-210 <br /> RESOLUTION SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING <br /> FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-1 et seq., a public hearing is hereby <br /> scheduled upon a proposed annexation agreement between the City of Decatur and the owners of <br /> the property described below, said public hearing being scheduled before this Council on <br /> November 16, 2009 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers: <br /> The West 45 feet of the South 100 feet of the following described <br /> tract: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest <br /> Quarter of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Sixteen (16) North, <br /> Range Three (3) East of the 3`d P.M., EXCEPT the East 500 feet <br /> thereof, and EXCEPT the West 143 feet thereof; situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois. Said Parcel containing 4,500.00 square feet <br /> (0.1033 acres) more or less. <br /> Section 2.
