R2009-204 I <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br /> M L KING WATER MAIN, CITY PROJECT 03-23 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 03-23, M L King Water <br /> Main project, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of$5,758,139.75 from Atlas Excavating, Inc., be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded accordingly as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder pending IEPA review <br /> and approval of the bids and IEPA loan offer for the project. <br /> Section 3.
