� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R2009-197 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R2009-117 <br /> - PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ADJACENT TO FIREHOUSE NO. 3— <br /> - 1316 W. ELDORADO STREET - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That Resolution No. R2009-117 be, and the same is hereby, modified and <br /> amended so that Section 1 of said Resolution No. R2009-117, as so modified and amended, shall <br /> provide as follows: <br /> Section 1.
