FOR THE <br /> 2009, 2010 AND 2011 ANNUAL DAM INSPECTIONS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the engineering services for the annual dam <br /> inspections for the Lake Decatur Dam and the Dredging Sediment Storage Facility in Oakley <br /> Township for 2009, 2010 and 2011, presented to the City Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Hanson Professional Services, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
