R2009-81 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING <br /> MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS FOR AGREEMENT <br /> WITH COUNTY OF MACON, ILLINOIS FOR <br /> MACON COUNTY HIGHWAY 50 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is <br /> hereby appropriated the sum of $475,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of <br /> improving Macon County Highway 50, Lost Bridge Road between Lake Shore Drive and <br /> Country Club Road. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed improvement will consist of <br /> removal and replacement of select curb and gutter on Lost Bridge Road between Lake Shore <br /> Drive and Country Club Road known as Section No. 09-00907-00-FP. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two <br /> certified copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at <br /> Effingham, Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 1 st day of June, 2009. <br /> ,� G <br /> , ; 1 <br /> � <br /> MIC A L T.
