RESOLUTION NO. R2009-79 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL <br /> FIRST TRANSIT, INC. <br /> - TRANSIT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the proposals submitted for a contract for management <br /> of the Transit System be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of First Transit Inc., be accepted and an Agreement be <br /> executed accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
