That the offer of Ten Dollars ($10.00) by Consuelo Cruz, on behalf of the <br /> Green Light Garden Project, for the purchase of property located at 456 East Grand Avenue, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby received, placed on file and accepted. Said property <br /> is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot Twenty-One (21) of Crowder and Roberts Addition to the City <br /> of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 467 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> EXCEPT the South 2 feet thereof. (Except coal and other minerals <br /> underlying the surface of said land and all rights and easements in <br /> favor of the Estate of said coal and other minerals.) Situated in <br /> Macon County, Illinois. <br /> PERMANENT INDEX NUMBER: 04-12-11-158-024 <br /> (a.k.a. 456 E. Grand) <br /> Section 2.
