That the Agreement authorizing pipeline inspection services for the Annual <br /> Sewer Televising Program, City Project 09-19, presented to the City Council herewith between <br /> the City of Decatur and Tele Scan, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
