R2009-35 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> MID-STATES TRANSMISSION SERVICE, INC. <br /> - TRANSIT BUS TRANSMISSION OVERHAUL - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid of Mid-States Transmission Service, Inc. be accepted and a <br /> purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 2.
