� . <br /> t <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2009-15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 5 EDGEWOOD COURT - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of February, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Thomas Seitz and Deborah Seitz to <br /> rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Lot Five (5) of Edgewood Addition as per plat recorded in Book 536, Page 28 of <br /> the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in <br /> Macon County Illinois. <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to R-5 Two Family Residence District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be denied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> Single Family Residence District to R-5 Two Family Residence District. <br />
