� , <br /> j <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-91 <br /> ORDINANCE ABATING LEVY <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS <br /> SERIES 2004B <br /> WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2004-21 passed and approved on March 15, 2004, the <br /> Council caused general obligation refunding bonds of the City to be issued and did levy therein <br /> certain sums to pay the principal and interest on said bonds; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds other than those raised by general taxation have or will become <br /> available to timely pay such principal and interest as the same become due in fiscal year 2009- <br /> 2010. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l.
