That the Agreement between the City of Decatur and Ryan P. McCrady for <br /> the appointm€nt by the City of Ryan P. McCrady as City Manager be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. , <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal, and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That effective October 20, 2008, Ryan P.
