�� '•5 I <br /> � _A <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-49 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTIES <br /> - 2605, 2611, 2621, 2635, 2637,2645, 2663 AND 2697 NORTH MAIN STREET— <br /> AND <br /> - 130 WEST PYTHIAN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Hospital to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> Lot 7 in Block 5 of Pythian Home Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur; <br /> AND, <br /> Lot 9 and the East 98 Feet of Lot 10 in Block 5 of Pythian Home Addition of <br /> Outlots to the City of Decatur; AND, <br /> Lots 1 thru 6 and Lot 8 in Block 5 of Pythian Home Addition of Outlots to the <br /> City of Decatur; AND, <br /> The West 60 feet of Lot 10 in Block 5 of Pythian Home Addition of Outlots to <br /> the City of Decatur, State of Illinois, and all being recorded in Book 300 on <br /> Page 19 of the official records in the Macon County Recorder's Office, Decatur, <br /> Illinois. <br /> from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District and R-3 Single Family Residencel District to B-2 <br /> Commercial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br />
