. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-58 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERT <br /> -3350 NORTH MACARTHUR ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 2008, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of First Christian hurch to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lot Two (2) of One Step Acres as per plat recorded in Book 1 32, Page 882 of <br /> the records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District and R-2 Single Family R sidence llistrict to a PD <br /> Planned Development; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth elow and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", said ab ve described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence Distr ct and R-2 Single Family <br /> Residence District to PD Planned Development District. <br /> a. Petitioner (or its successor) agrees to construct a ooped water main <br /> system from the proposed south extension to the existing wate main in Fair Oaks <br /> Drive prior to the initiation of any further development. All work will be done <br /> with industry standards including, but not limited to, the Am rican Water Works <br /> Association and the City of Decatur specifications; and, <br />
