n -Q� 1 �C/ `�' " \ O � � 0� ORDINANCE NO. 2008-53 ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE IPERMIT - 2505 NORTH MAIN STREET - � WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 2008, upon due notic , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Trevor Stal ts, for a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.3 of the Zoning Ordin ce to allow the operation of a drive-through coffee facility on property located in the City of D catur, Illinois and legally described as follows: Lots One (1) thru Four (4), Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), and th East Half of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) all in Block Eleven (11) of Pythian Home ddition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 9 of the records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinois; AND, The 20 foot of the previously vacated public alley lying betwee said lots; AND, Lot "D" and the adjacent vacated public alley in said Pythian IHome Addition of Outlots; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommende that such conditional use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur ity Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and granted.
