, . � ORDINANCE NO. 2008-32 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPER - 309 NORTH EDWARD STEET - WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of May, 2008, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of George . Sandwell II to rezone premises legally described as: Lot Eight (8) and the East 26.23 feet of Lot Seven (7) except t e North Sixty-Six (66) feet of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Four (4) of Western Addition, as per plat recorded in Book H, Page 103 of the Records in th Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, from O-1 Office District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pl Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from O-1 Office District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are th se districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, comm nly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and req irements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein.
